Saturday Style Series: Classic Style Spring Outfits
Welcome to the first volume of “Saturday Style Series.” You guys seem to love it when I put together various outfit combinations, so I thought I would make it into an official thing over here on the blog and try to do it weekly. Big emphasis on trying. Life is busy right now with a toddler and a four-month-old, but I am hoping that we can make it work! Today’s post is all about classic style spring outfits!
We have had a super mild winter here and with Daylight Savings happening like tonight (pray that it doesn’t affect my kid’s sleep schedule because I’m finally starting to get some good sleep again!) I am SO READY for spring. Like so ready. Anyway, I don’t know who coined the phrase, “Dress for the weather you want, not the weather you have,” but I can totally relate to that saying right now.
I put together seven classic style spring outfits that I hope you will love! These classic style spring outfits are timeless and overall easy and effortless. As always, you can shop these looks here in this post or here.
Look 1: Navy & White
If you love classic style like me, then you probably also own a lot of navy. It’s a neutral for me. And this look is simple but classic (as most are!) and features a navy Teddie sweater and these new flare white jeans that I love!

Look #2: The Everyday Classic
This look is one that I wear quite a bit, especially during the spring and fall. In the summer, I usually swap out the jeans for jean shorts or chino shorts.

Look 3: Weekend Style
This look is titled “weekend style,” but you can wear it anytime. And I loveee this light blue striped blouse. I would style it with a cable knit sweater draped over my shoulders. Chefs kiss!

Look 4: Green Stripes
I’ve been really loving green lately. I don’t know if it’s because I changed my hair back to my natural brown color and I think that I can wear green more or what, but I’m here for it. This striped sweater I think is so cute (I’m a sucker for stripes!). It pairs really well with these brown leather mules.

Look 5: French Chic
Much to my chagrin, I have never been to Paris, or anywhere in France for that matter, but I love how Parisians dress. I felt like this look was somewhat French-inspired with this darling striped button-up jacket.

Look 6: Jackie Kennedy
Okay, this dress. I just love it. Reminds me of Jackie Kennedy. The only reason I didn’t buy it ASAP is that it’s not nursing friendly. But I think it’s just darling and perfect for Easter or something like that!

Look 7: A Pink Moment
I don’t have a ton of pink in my wardrobe, but around springtime, I just want it all!
