Okay, while I love summer, I am admittedly very excited for fall. I love buying back-to-school supplies, and I’m getting even more excited about fall because Teddy will be doing preschool at home this year! It’s also always a nice restart and reset for me. And if you know me, you know I love fall fashion. There’s something incredibly exciting about transitioning from the light, airy outfits of summer to the cozy, layered looks of autumn. In today’s post, I’m sharing some early fall outfit ideas. This green roll-neck sweater was an instant add to cart for me. I love dark green for fall and winter and this outfit came together so quickly in my mind. For an early fall outfit idea, I love this sweater paired with white shorts, but I think what really makes this look is the gold jewelry. Another thing that helps elevate this look is the belt for added definition. Style tip: Always match your belt with your shoes and purse!

I think denim dresses are going to be a big hit this fall. I love this one from J.Crew. I love the gold button details. To elevate this look even more, I added this season’s version of the striped lady jacket. I would style this by wearing the striped sweater over the shoulders. Again with this look, I styled it with gold jewelry (to match the gold buttons) and matched the shoes with the purse.
